Afternoon enjoy orientation of the Finnish capital highlighting the beautiful Finland Hall, domed Russian churches. Then time to relax or shop for handicrafts. Tonight dinner on your own.

Helsinki–St.Petersburg
It’s an early morning departure for the border with
the commonwealth of independent states, passing
the timber center of Kotka. After lunch in Vyborg,
we drive through the Forests of Karelia to the former
Tsarist capital city, St. Petersburg.

St. Petersburg.
Morning sightseeing includes view of the
Tsar’s Winter Palace, Nevsky Prospekt, St. Isaac’s
Cathedral, The Peter and Paul Fortress, the Russian
museum and the statue of Peter the Great.
During our stay, we enjoy a visit to the Hermitage
Museum. Also on one evening we enjoy
Complimentary champagne with dinner.
After dinner you may wish to visit a St. Petersburg
theatre for a spectacular Russian folklore show.

St.Petersburg-Moscow
Overnight train to Moscow.
Today there’s time to relax in St. Petersburg.
Excursions available to the elaborate
Summer Palace of Peter the Great in Petrodvorets.
Later this evening, we board our
first class sleeper train to Moscow.

Moscow
Early morning arrival in the Russian capital. Here we are transferred to our hotel for breakfast before sightseeing tour shows us the Red Square, St. Basil’s domed Cathedral and the Kremlin Walls. This evening dinner is at our hotel.

Moscow
Two full days to explore Moscow.
With optional visits to Treasure Chamber of the Tsars, or
take a trip to nearby Zagorsk a center of Russian art and architecture, as well as once being the religious capital of Russia. In one evening, reserved seats await us for a thrilling night at the Moscow State Circus.

Transfer to the airport for the return flight to the USA or Armenia.
